(using !!!Helpdesk!!! 1.5.3)
When managing a ticket, I can click on CREATE NEW MAIL to see a list of MAIL TEMPLATE to use and send/receive information about the ticket.
Actually I can say that I always use the same MAIL TEMPLATE.
Is it possible to set 1 mail template as DEFAULT? So when I click on CREATE NEW MAIL I can immediately write down my words without selecting the mail template?
