Aufgaben werden im Kalender angezeigt

Hi,

eingetragene Aufgaben werden angezeigt obwohl, unter Werkzeuge -> Vorgaben -> Kalender -> Aufgabe die Option "Aktuelle Aufgabe ....." deaktiviert ist.

Kennt jemand dieses Problem bzw. die Lösung?

Problem  
In your Notes preferences the 'Always Show Current To Do's on Today's Calendar' option is not selected. However, when you create a new To Do, it appears in the Calendar. This should not occur.
 
 
 
Solution
This problem has been reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering. In your preferences if 'Always Show Current ToDo's on Today's Calendar' is not selected and then you create a new To Do, it should NOT appear in the Calendar. However, it DOES appear in the Calendar. This is a regression bug that started in Notes/Domino 5.0.4.

Please note: This is a separate issue from that of the technote, "Unchecking 'Always Show Current ToDo's On Today's Calendar' Does not Remove ToDos from Calendar" (#1090832 ).

This issue is addressed in the Calendaring & Scheduling feature of Notes 6 Client and Domino 6 Server. In addition, a new option called 'Do Not Display To Do Entries in the Calendar' exists, which if you enable it removes all To Do's from the Calendar view.

Steps To Reproduce Issue:

1. Open your mail file which is based on the Domino 5.0.4 or above mail template.
2. Select Actions, Tools, Preferences. Select the Calendar tab, then select To Do sub tab.
3. Make sure the checkbox for "Always Show Current To do's on Today's Calendar" is not checked/selected. Select OK.
4. Go to the To Do view in your calendar.
5. Create a To Do for today and save it.
6. Go to the Calendar view. Note that the To Do displays, even though your preferences are set not to display it.
