Meine Suche auf den IBM Seiten war nicht so erfolgreich.....

SPRs (Software Problem Reports) sind interne IBM Dokumente und normalerweise nicht zugänglich, bis das betreffende Problem gelöst ist, dann findet man sie in den Release-Notes. Die Nummern sind wichtig, falls man den Stand der "Nachforschungen" erfragen will.
