Es scheint ein Problem mit einer Schriftart zu sein welche LibreOffice 6 installiert.

Ich habe bei mir LibreOffice 6 installiert und diese "Noto fonts" dann entfernt. Der Fehler scheint nicht mehr aufzutauchen.
Für all diejenigen welche LO6 nicht installiert haben, aber der Fehler trotzdem auftritt, überprüft ob "Noto fonts" installiert sind.

Das war jetzt nur ein 5-Minuten-Test. Ob das Problem nun auch längerfristig weg ist, muss ich noch beobachten.

Edit: auch nach zwei Tagen ist das Problem noch nicht wieder aufgetreten.

--- Code: ---We have checked in our test environment and observed that once we install LibreOffice there are some fonts starting with "noto" is automatically added to Windows fonts and it is showing in IBM notes client as well. These fonts are also adding in "Notes.ini" file which is causing the issue.
 
As a workaround can you please follow the steps and let us know the status:
 
1. Remove all fonts starting with "Noto" from "Windows\Fonts"
2. Also remove the font (Noto) from Notes.ini parameter "RecentFontList="
3. Restart your Notes client and try to open and edit any forms in Designer Client and check the status.
 
 
We have also observed that if we install LibreOffice in custom mode instead of Typical install (Without selecting/deselecting any options) , these fonts are not getting installed on windows fonts , so the issue is not reproducible in this case.

Tatsächlich auch mit den von mir genannten zusätzlichen Problemen,
z.B. dass ab dem Moment der Fettschrift auch Sametime Probleme macht.

Bei "meinem" User konnte ich zwar nichts in der notes.ini, aber im Fonts-Ordner die Schriftart "Noto" lokalisieren und entfernen.
Ich hoffe, dass der Spuk nun ein Ende hat und Notes 10 fertig ausgerollt werden kann. :-)
