Notes friert ein

Hallo,
Ich habe bei einen Nutzer folgenendes Problem.
Der Nutzer greift auf 2 Postfächer zu. Und nach einer weile friert Notes jedes mal ein, und in den Notes logs sind keine Fehler hinterlegt. Merken tut man es vorallem, wenn sich die Nachrichten Vorschau nicht mehr ändert, wenn man auf eine andere Mail klickt. Dann hilft nur der Neustart des Notes. Manchmal friert Notes auch komplett ein und ich muss ihn über den Taskmanager abschießen. Ab und An kommt auch eine Fehlermeldung, dass er das Fenster nicht laden kann, weil nicht genügend RAM vorhanden wäre, was aber nicht der Fall ist. Allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass bei den einen postfach ca 36000 Mails hinterlegt sind und bei den anderen ca. 69000 Mails. Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass es daran liegt, den auf diese postfächer greifen mehrere Mitarbeiter zu und bei denen passiert das nicht.
So sieht die Systemkonfiguration aus:
CPU: Intel Core i7 - 4790 mit 3.60 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 7 Pro
Notes - Version IBM Notes 8.5 FP6

69k mails in der DB oder Inbox?

Daten im Netz. Die Mails sind in dem Postfach (also in der Datenbank der Adresse). Quasi, in einem Ordner drin. Merkwürdig ist halt nur, dass diese Probleme nur auf dem PC passiert.

Steht im Windows-System- / Application-Log irgendwas unpassendes drinnen ( NIC Connection Fehler ... ) ?

Nein. Allerdings habe ich folgende Einträge im Log gefunden, als ich ein großes Log gezogen habe, als der Fehler aufgetreten ist. Kann nur nicht sagen, ob es damit zusammen hängt.
