Could not find 'notes.ini' in Current Directory or PATH

1. login as user notes

2. change to data directory via cd /local/notesdata

3. start the http setup via /opt/lotus/bin/http httpsetup

A series of messages indicate the start of the Domino server. For example:

4. You begin the configuration process by connecting to your Linux server
with a Web browser, either from an external machine, or the Linux machine.

to perform setup from another machine, enter:
http://servername.mydomain.com:8081

to perform setup from the Linux machine, enter:
http://localhost:8081

where servername.mydomain.com is either the IP address or DNS name of your
Linux server. At this point, the standard Domino configuration screens
are displayed in your browser.

Warum machst du nicht einfach ein remote setup mit dem server im listen mode.
Übrigens verwendet Daniel die STANDARD pfade; da hast Du ja beschlossen, diese nicht zu verwenden.
Und das kann manchmal recht ungeschickt sein.

ja ich habe dann ein Server Setup über den Remote Server dienst des Adminclients gemacht, musste aber zuerst noch ein VM aufbauen da ich einen Mac im Einsatz habe.

Ich habe übrigens die Standard Pfade genommen, bei der letzten erfolgreichen Installation ;-)
