Und dann kannst noch das Client logging aufdrehen und schauen, ob Du dort was siehst.

Aua aua aua.... ich glaube ich habe den Fehler gefunden:
Wir nutzen eine zweite Adress DB, für Bilder der Anwender.
Lösche ich das Bild für den entsprechenden User wird A/V wieder angeboten :)
Nun war uns von anfang an klar, dass hier keine riesen Bilder abgelegt werden dürfen und wir haben dort eine Dateigröße von max 64.Kbyte pro Bild fest gelegt. Aber das scheint alleine nicht zu reichen. Ob es nun die tatsächliche Größe ist oder das Format, kann ich noch nicht sagen.
Es liegt aber zu 100% an dem Bild, hänge ich dieses einer anderen Person an, hat diese den A/V Fehler.....
Mal sehen ob ich nun noch den genauen Grund für den Fehler finde...

So es liegt an der Dateigröße des Bildes, wenn es größer als 46Kbyte ist
Jetzt wo ich weiß wo das her kommt finde ich auch Hinweise auf die max.Größe der Bilder.
Im Wiki für 8.5.2 IF1 steht das so:
Use the third party LDAP tool to import the JPEG or GIF photo into the new field.
Note: The size of the image should be smaller then 64kb.

Ich meine, dass wir das max Limit auch da her haben...
Aber diese Dokument hier sagt max 40 Kbyte (ist allerdings St 8.0).

Die Warheit liegt wohl irgendwo dazwischen.....
lol und 9.x schreibt •Photos must be less than 45 kilobytes (recommended: 10 kb). •Business Card photo requires .jpg or .gif.
