ST 8.5.2 IF1 A/V bendet sich nach einer Minute

Habt ihr eine Polycom, ... eingebunden? = Ja/ Nein  ;)

TURN Server im Einsatz? = Nein noch nicht, nur den BBM.

Alle Clients im gleichen Netz oder in unterschiedlichen?  = Die Rechner stehen nebeneinander im gleichen Netz;)

Browser oder Connect Client? = Passiert beim Connect Clinet

Kamera Treiber vom Hersteller und aktuell? = Das, könnte ich noch einmal prüfen...

Findet sich was in den Server-Logs? = Suppport hat schon ca. 1Gbyte an Logs bekommen und noch nichts konkretes gefunden. :-:

Letzte Woche, haben wir noch 2 kleinigkeiten Eingestellt, aber ohne ein Verbesserung:
- Unter WebSphere SIP proxy server  disableAllHostNameLookups  disableTraceHostNameLookup =True
- Auf dem Conference node haben wir eine st.telephony.adapter.properties  erstellt, wie es hier beschrieben steht

Polycom ja? Und die Calls laufen ueber die Polycom?
Dann ist der Grund klar: Die Polycom Integration laeuft ohne "Licence Code" pro Call nur x Minuten, dann bricht sie ab.

Update:
Auch dieser Fall ist seit 6 Wochen gelöst, nachdem wir intensiv gesucht hatten, hat der Support einen Fehler in den SIP /Port/Host Einstellungen gefunden.
Nach dem die Werte korrigiert waren, hat es endlich funktioniert.

Fragt mich aber bitte nicht, darum das da falsch war.... ich hätte das im Leben nicht gefunden...

Wen es interessiert hier die Änderungen die ich korrigieren musste

(a) Click Environment > Virtual hosts > default_host > Host Aliases

Use (*) (wildcard) for the following ports instead of hostname
Host: [i]media.server.domain[/i]Port: 9082

Port: 5082

Host: [i]media.server.domain[/i]
Port: 5083

Host: [i]bandwithmanager.server.domain[/i]
Port: 9447

Click OK and save the changes to the master repository

(b) Thereafter, select all entries that use hostname and click Delete.

After that under the default_host virtual host you should see only entries
with wildcard (*).

[2] Click Servers > WebSphere application servers
Click the server hosting the Conference Focus. According to the provided
data the server is STMediaServer running on node stmedia01STMSNode2
Under Container Settings, click SIP Container Settings > SIP Container
transport chains
Select the following transport chains
SIPCInboundProxyReg
SIPCInboundProxyRegSecure
SIPCInboundProxyRegUDP

Click Delete
Save the changes to the master configuration

[3] Perform the same change on the server hosting the packet switcher

Click Servers > WebSphere application servers
Click the server hosting the Packet Switcher
Under Container Settings, click SIP Container Settings > SIP Container
transport chains
Select the following transport chains
SIPCInboundProxyReg
SIPCInboundProxyRegSecure
SIPCInboundProxyRegUDP

Click Delete
Save the changes to the master configuration
Restart Media Server
