Conversation display might not work if you upgrade Domino roaming users to Notes 8.5 client standard configuration. The problem is caused by the NOTES.INI setting OpenViewThreads=0.    



Resolving the problem

To correct the problem, add the setting OpenViewThreads=1 to the NOTES.INI file for Notes 8.5 clients enabled for roaming. You can also "push" the setting to Notes 8.5 clients enabled for roaming by using the Desktop policy settings document. For more information, see the topic "Using policies to assign NOTES.INI or Location document settings to Notes client users " in the Domino 8.5 Administrator help.
