Initially we're granting Anonymous users Author access with no deletion rights - we'll maintain the catalog so anything you want deleted please email me [gabriella-at-turtlepartnership-dot-com) or  Chris.  The server is Tranquility/TurtlePublic on ip download.turtleweb.com and the database is called widgetcatalog.nsf in the root data directory.
