Verwendest Du LDAP auf ST Server?
Falls Du irgendwann doch noch das Policy Problem lösen willst/musst, kann Du diesen KB-Eintrag zur Hilfe nehmen.  ;)

Sametime Administrator must be in LDAP for policies to work
