Notes-Client schließt sich beim Surfen

Hallo,
wir haben bei einigen Anwendern das Problem, dass sich der Notes-Client einfach schließt, wenn sie surfen (z.B. Amazon.de) und dann in eine andere Anwendung (z.B. Word) wechseln. Natürlich bleiben auch schon mal Prozesse hängen, so dass der Anwender Notes erst wieder starten kann, wenn die Prozesse terminiert wurden.
Es wird in der Regel ein NSD-Log geschrieben mit dem Fatal Thread "nlnotes" und dem Fehler "Exception code: c0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION)" (s.u.)
Wir setzen Domino 6.5.4 FP2 und Notes 6.5.5 ein. Notes ist so konfiguriert, dass in der Notesöberfläche mit dem IE gesurft wird.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann?

2) Was meint IBM dazu? Schon einen Call aufgemacht?

Hi m3,
wir haben einen call bei IBM geöffnet. Aber nachdem der Support nicht mehr weiter wusste, sind sie mit der Erkenntnis rumgekommen, dass wir eine nicht supportete Installation fahren, weil wir das Data-Verzeichnis auf einem Netzlaufwerk haben.
Mit dem IE7 haben wir es noch nicht versucht.

Das ist der O-Ton von IBM ?
Da muss ich mal kramen, wo das steht. Etliche Firmen machen das so. Dann wäre IBM ja fein raus. Zumal ich mich nicht erinnere, dass während des Installationsprozesses und speziell bei Angabe des Datenverzeichnisses ein entsprechender Hinweis steht.
