Nur, weil im Arbeitsvertrag und/oder der Stellenbeschreibung "Admin" steht, ist man noch lange keiner. Wenn man jemanden an einen OP-Tisch stellt, ist er damit auch noch lange kein Arzt.

In der IT, auch in unserem (Notes-)Umfeld, ist die "Ernennung per Stellenbeschreibung" aber durch aus üblich  :'(
