ad Blackberry: Ich war am Stand und hab auch eine Helpdesk-App. gesehen, hab aber noch nicht rausfinden können, ob es !!Help!! ist. Will investigate 8)

Ich werd das Ding mal in Ruhe analysieren.
Hauptsache es ist mit dem jetzt auf der LOTUSSPHERE präsentierten Stand der Dinge irgendwie möglich, die ERRORS in den Header zu klopfen.

Speaking of LotusSphere. Stephan H. Wissel zumindest hält sein hohes Niveau.

Ich war gestern noch mal am Blackberry-Stand. Ja, !!HELP!! kommt zum Einsatz - und zwar in sechs Blackberry Sessions.
Sie sind ganz happy mit der Lösung und das Feedback laut RIM ist "enormous and very positive".
