Zugriff auf Datei im html-Webverzeichnis

Hi @all,

wahrscheinlich ist das eine alte Frage, dennoch:

Wenn man eine Datei (Excel beispielsweise) mit direktem Link auf das Domino Web-Verzeichnis öffnet, kommt man ohne Authentifizierung an die Datei heran. Kann man ein Verzeichnis so einrichten, das der direkte Zugriff nicht geht, aber das es funktioniert, wenn man sich bereits am Domino authentifiziert hat ?

Bei normalen Providern läuft das ja mit Verzeichnisschutz, aber diese Lösung wäre hier nicht so toll. Zu viele Anmeldungen.

Dazu gibt es im Domino Directory den Bereich File protection.
Das wurde unter R5 engeführt.

Jo, das ist es.

So richtig gut ist die Hilfe hier nicht, da Zwischenlösungen auf unterschiedlichen Blättern zu finden sind. Auch wird man von einer Flut von Einstellungen überwältigt (Web-Site Dokument). Da braucht man doch etwas Zeit, um diese Sache richtig zu konfigurieren.

ich habe jetzt so gut wie alle Kombinationen im Protection- und Site-Dokument durch. Leider lacht der Server über dieses Dokument.

ich direkt mit : Http//server/excel.xls  die Datei über den Browser öffnen.

Es ist so, als würden das FileProtectionDocument nicht existieren. Neustart und tell http refresh alles durch.

Scheint buggy zu sein oder ? Version 6.5.3

Hier was aus der KBASE. Das das buggy sein soll, dazu ist mir nichts bekannt.

File Protection documents in Domino 5.x provide access control for non-database files.  For example, HTML files that can be accessed by Domino can be restricted so that only specified Web users can read these files.  The trick to using File Protection documents is determining the following:

Where to put files
How to reference them in the File Protection document
How to form the URL to open them

With pathing, you must consider the type of file and what Domino considers the root for that file type.

Domino, by default, looks for HTML files in the data\domino\html subdirectory.  If you create a subdirectory below that, call it "test," and store HTML files in that subdirectory (data\domino\html\test), then the URL to access a file called WOW.HTM there would be as follows:

http://<server>/test/wow.htm

The URL is formed this way because the HTML subdirectory is the root for HTML files and "test" is a subdirectory below that root.

The following table has three columns:

Column 1 lists two possible places where an HTML file might be located.
Column 2 shows what you would put in the File Protection document.
Column 3 shows what the URL in the browser would be to open the file.

(The path above is the default path where Domino looks  for HTML files when a browser requests them)

where <hostname> is replaced by the fully qualified domain name (FQDN)
D:\Domino\data\domino\html\test\wow.htm

(In this case, the Administrator wants to keep an HTML file in a non-default location.)

where <hostname> is replaced by the FQDN
