na im Client, ganz unten, ganz rechts. Heisst "QuickPick". Lässt sich über "Preferences/Statusbar preferences..." ein/ausschalten, default ist die QuickPick aber an. Zeigt zwar nicht die Anzahl an...aber ist zumindest immer aktuell, wenn was Ungelesenes in der Mail ist.

von Lotus Notes der Filialeensicht, (PORTAL)
notes ist so eigentlich nicht zu erkennen, das war ein wunsch unsere
g-leitung, der user hat sogut wie keine bedienungs möglichkeiten des client
daher sieht er so auch nicht ob neue mail vorhanden sind, 90% gehen nach notes um ihre zeiten zu melden und vergessen so ins mailfail zu sehen,
darum die idee mit einen popup oder evt. ein feld in der startmaske.

Hier ein kleiner Auszug aus der Notehilfe:

This agent script runs on all unread documents, and its purpose is to put unread documents into a folder.
If the agent does not contain a search, UnprocessedDocuments returns all unread documents in the database each time the agent runs, regardless of whether the agent has already run on some of the unread documents.
If the agent does contain searches, UnprocessedDocuments returns all unread documents in the database that meet the search criteria, regardless of whether the agent has already run on some of the unread documents.
Sub Initialize

  Dim db As NotesDatabase
  Dim collection As NotesDocumentCollection

Erweitere es noch um folgende Zeile

Dim dbMail As New NotesDatabase( "", "" )      
Call dbMail.OpenMail

und tausche folgende Zeile aus.
  Set collection = db.UnprocessedDocuments
geben
  Set collection = dbmail.UnprocessedDocuments


dann noch ein bisschen angepasst (das mit dem Ordner wech...)...und in den "Initialize" der Portal-DB
