Notes Client stürzt beim Löschen von Mails ab

Habe folgendes Probelm, bei einem User stürst regelmäßig der Client mit der Meldung:

Sorry an uncorrectable arror has occured

Null object handle

Press ENTER to abort the application

ab, wenn er versucht Mails aus der Inbox zu löschen.
Client Version ist 6.5.2.

welches Betriebssystem verwendest du ?

XP Professional SP 2

Tritt aber nur bei einem User unter ca 50 auf.

Die Rechenr sind alle via Ghost gecloned.

One customer resolved the issue by installing a Service Pack One from Microsoft that included a revised version of the file Uxtheme.dll.  For customers for whom this does not work, the following workaround can be implemented:

1. Disable Themes at the OS level, using these steps:
Control Panel > Display > Themes tab
Change the theme from "Windows XP" to "Windows Classic"

OR

2. Disable Themes for notes.exe, using these steps:
Locate notes.exe in the directory in which Notes is installed (typically C:\Lotus\Notes)
Right-click on notes.exe and select "Properties"
On the Compatibility tab, select "Disable visual themes"
Apply your changes

XP verwenden wir sowieso nur classic theme

Habs aber mal im Notes umgestellt.

Laut User kommt noch eine 2. Fehlermeldung, falls das wieder passiert wird er versuchen mir auch diese zu schicken.
