Aus der KBASE:

In IBM Lotus Domino, you are unable to send outbound SMTP mail. The messages are not routing and are accumulating in three mailboxes. The server was recently upgraded and the connection from the new server to SMTP MTA was removed. The new server is now connected directly to the gateway.

It was after this change that messages started to accumulate in the mailboxes and the following error messages were displayed in the log:

"TELL ROUTER SHOW QUEUE."
Msgs State Via Destination
2 Busy(1) NRPC CN=BPSRV1/OU=BRBPRECO/OU=LA/O=AHOLD (Push)
112 WaitingForDNS Waiting for DNS availability.

Solution
To troubleshoot the problem, the following potential causes were checked and eliminated:

- Corruption in mail.box: Renaming the three mailboxes.

- Corruption in Names.NSF: Running fixup, compact, updall in the Domino Names & Address Book.

- DNS: NSLOOKUP was successful and solved Internet addresses successfully, eliminating the possibility of this being a DNS problem.

- Configuration: Server, Configuration, Connection, and Domain documents were verified and were OK.

- Network: Domino is running on Windows 2000; public (SMTP) and private (NRPC) Network Interface Cards (NICs) were installed and enabled.

Workaround:
SMTP was in use and the private NRPC was enabled but disconnected. Removing the private NIC resulted in outbound SMTP messages flowing successfully. Disabling it solved the problem. Messages started to route immediately.

sorry verstehe ich ned was soll ich da machen?

Glombi:
An der Konsole ein

TELL ROUTER SHOW QUEUE

und ein
TRACE <Hostname des Providers>

und mal hier posten.

Dann:
router herunterfahren mit
tell router quit

die mail.box umbenennen in mail.old
(wenn Ihr mehrere habt, dann alle umbennen)

den router wieder starten mit
lo router
dadurch wird eine neue mail.box erstellt

Ein Testmail senden. Falls ok:
