EMail Ausdruck

Mein Drucker kann die EMails nicht ordentlich ausdrucken. Mein Briefkopf wird auf einer seperaten Seite ausgedruckt und der restliche Inhalt auf einer zweiten Seite (obwohl alles auf eine Seite passen würde). Kann mir jemand sagen, ob das eine Notes Einstellung ist oder ob das am Drucker liegt ?

Folgende Option hab ich schon getestet :
Druckeroptionen =>  " Druckprozessor" und folgenden Punkt mit einem Hacken ausgewählt :RAW(FFA).

Aber das ändert nichts an diesem Phänomen !!

Wie sieht den das Dokument in der Vorschau aus?

Datei - Drucken - (unten im Menu)Vorschau

oder markier mit Häckchen in der Ansicht das Dokument, geh dann auf Datei - Drucken - Ausgewählte Dokumente Drucken - Anpassen
danach auch wieder in Vorschau

In der Vorschau sieht das eigentlich gut aus, aber der Ausdruck ist total hinüber! Aber ich werde mal die Sachen ausprobieren, mal sehen ob das was wird.

Body of Internet Mail Received in Notes Client Doesn't Print on 1st Page; Starts Printing on 2nd Pg

Problem:

You have received an email over the internet that is longer than 1 page in your Notes R5 mail file.  When you print this document the header information of the email prints on the first page, but the body field does not start printing until the second page.  This leaves almost all of the first page blank.  If you open the document and select View, Show, Page Breaks, you will see a page break placed between the header and the body.

If the same message is sent using Notes mail, you do not see the same behavior.

Solution:

This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Notes 5.0.7 Client.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.7 QMR fix list (available at http://www.notes.net):

Editor - Printing
SPR# SSAO4DRK3S - Page break inserted between the header and the body when printing mail which is greater than one page.

Note:  This fix requires the 5.0.7 mail template.  A modification was made to the Memo form that can be applied to custom mail templates as necessary.

1.      Open the mail template in Design mode.
2.      Select Forms from the design elements in the navigator on the left, then select and open the Memo form.
3.      Double-click the Body field to open the InfoBox for Field properties.
4.      Click the Properties box drop down and select Text to display the Text properties.
5.      Go to the third tab for Margins, Tab Stops, and Pagination.
6.      Deselect the 'Keep Paragraph on One Page' option.
7.      Save and close the form.

A workaround in Notes Client releases prior to 5.0.7 is to change the 'Format Preference for Incoming Mail' field in your Person document in the Domino R5 Directory from 'No Preference' or 'Prefers MIME' to 'Notes Rich Text'.  This setting has the Domino Server convert the internet message from Mime to Notes Rich Text, instead of the Notes Client.  The problem is not present when the server converts the message.
