Aufgaben werden immer im Kalender angezeigt

Kann mir das jemand bestätigen, dass in der R5 Mailschablone Aufgaben immer auch im Kalender angezeigt werden?
Ich habe im Kalenderprofil die Option "Aufgaben immer im Kalender anzeigen" deaktiviert.
Das Feld CalendarDateTime ist aber immer vorhanden und daher wird es in $Calendar angezeigt.

Ich habe es in der KBASE gefunden - seit 5.0.4 ist es so (#183028).
In meinen Augen ein Bug...

New ToDo's Appear in Calendar Even Though 'Always Show Current ToDo's on Today's Calendar' Selected

Problem:

In your Notes preferences the 'Always Show Current ToDo's on Today's Calendar' option is not selected.  However, when you create a new To Do, it appears in the Calendar.  This should not occur.

Solution:

This problem has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.  In your preferences if 'Always Show Current ToDo's on Today's Calendar' is not selected and then you create a new To Do, it should NOT appear in the Calendar.  However, it DOES appear in the Calendar.  This is a regression bug that started in Notes/Domino 5.0.4.


Please note:  This is a separate issue from that of the technote, "Unchecking 'Always Show Current ToDo's On Today's Calendar' Does not Remove ToDos from Calendar" (#173225 ).

Steps To Reproduce Issue:

1.   Open your mail file which is based on the Domino 5.0.4 or above mail template.
2.   Select Actions, Tools, Preferences.  Select the Calendar tab, then select To Do sub tab.
3.   Make sure the checkbox for "Always Show Current To do's on Today's Calendar" is not checked/selected.   Select OK.
4.   Go to the To Do view in your calendar.
5.   Create a To Do for today and save it.
6.   Go to the Calendar view.  Note that the To Do displays, even though your preferences are set not to display it.

Ich meine man kann dies ausschalten indem man den Agent Aufgaben aktualisieren (Update Task) deaktiviert...

Ich glaube ich habe das mal bei einem User gemacht der über 100 offene Aufgaben drin hatte und seine Termine nicht mehr gesehen hat...

Das kann sein, aber ich glaube der Agent schiebt nur die Tasks weiter. Die bleiben aber im Kalender.
In meiner Test-DB ist der Agent auch deaktiviert.

Ich glaube das wenn man den Agent deaktiviert das dann die Aufgaben am heutigen Tag stehen bleiben und nicht mehr automatisch "weiterwandern"...

Jetzt kapier ichs -  es ist wohl wieder eine etwas unglückliche Übersetzung/Auslegung von Lotus Seite aus....

...wie leider so vieles in der Mailschablone: ich denke da nur an die eMailbenachrichtigung bei Kalendereinträgen, private Termine, Zugriff auf Ihren Zeitplan, wiederherstellbare Löschungen...

Wer das übersetzt oder implementiert hat der hat teilweise wirklich eine Macke...
