Aufgaben erscheinen im Kalender

Hallo,
ich habe hier immer noch das Problem, das Aufgaben in der Kalenderansicht erscheinen, obwohl der Haken in den Kalendervorgaben nicht gesetzt ist. Hat jemand Info's ob dies ein Problem von Notes ist? Mein Vorstand hätte da gerne mal eine Antwort zu, da sein Kalender durch die massenhaften Aufgaben ziemlich unübersichtlich wird.

das wurde hier schon zigmal diskutiert. Offizielle Aussage von Lotus :

Problem  
In your Notes preferences the 'Always Show Current To Do's on Today's Calendar' option is not selected. However, when you create a new To Do, it appears in the Calendar. This should not occur.
 
 
Solution
This problem has been reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering. In your preferences if 'Always Show Current ToDo's on Today's Calendar' is not selected and then you create a new To Do, it should NOT appear in the Calendar. However, it DOES appear in the Calendar. This is a regression bug that started in Notes/Domino 5.0.4.

This issue is addressed in the Calendaring & Scheduling feature of Notes 6 Client and Domino 6 Server. In addition, a new option called 'Do Not Display To Do Entries in the Calendar' exists, which if you enable it removes all To Do's from the Calendar view.
