Und um den Namen in genau dieser Form in das Leser-/Autorenfeld zu bekommen, kann man am einfachsten den Adressbuch-Auswahl-Dialog verwenden.
Aber: Wie kann ich den Benutzer ZWINGEN, diesen Auswahldialog auch zu verwenden?
Wenn ich ein bearbeitbares Feld habe und diesen Auswahldialog anbiete, kann der Benutzer ja trotzdem z. B. einfach "Max Meier" eintippen, ohne den Auswahldialog zu verwenden.

aber dann hat der Benutzer eben Pech gehabt, oder? Er kann sich ja auch vertippen. Ich würde neben dem Feld einen entsprechenden Hinweistext machen.
Oder anders:
Das Feld ist Berechnet beim Anlegen (Formel = "") und kann nur per
@PickList([Name])
über einen Button gesetzt werden. Das erscheint mir noch sinnvoller.

hab ein Leser feld versteckt und  "Heinz Schenk" eingetragen und das funzt!

Aus eigener Erfahrung:

wenn in der Zugriffskontrolle der "Default" Benutzer als Autor eingetragen ist darf er bei "write publice document" kein Häckchen haben, da sonst die Autoren Felder nicht oder nicht richtig ausgelesen werden. warum auch immer  ;)

Bei den Feldern muß immer auch der richtige Feld Type ausgewählt sein, Readers oder Authors (war bei mir ein kleiner Aufmerksamkeitsfehler)

Für die Namensauswahl sollte die Adressbuch Einträge genommen werden damit keine Fehler bei den Namen passieren. Im zweiten Tab beim Feld zur Auswahl, zumindest in unsere Version.

Hier aus der Kbase (#148151):
Cannot See Documents You Have Read Access To or Edit Documents You Have Author Access To in R4 or R5

Problem:

In a hierarchical or inter-domain environment in Notes 4.x or Notes 5.x, users cannot see documents they have Read access to, or edit documents they have Author access to.

Solution:

This problem will occur if the user's name is not stored in a canonical format (for example, "CN=John Doe/OU=US/O=Widgets") within the actual Reader, Section or Author names field.  To return a name in a field in canonical format in Notes R4, the @UserName function can be used.  (Note:  In Notes V3, @UserName returns only the common name).

If the flat name (i.e., "John Doe") is stored in the Readers/Section/Authors field, this will work only if the user and the server are in the same hierarchy.  So, if "John Doe/US/Widgets" accesses the database on server "Acme/Widgets", the field will work.  But if "John Doe/US/Widgets" accesses the database on server "Acme/Cogs", the field will not work.  To avoid problems or discrepencies between inter-domain and intra-domain access, Lotus recommends that the canonical name is always used.

To determine whether or not the Author, Section or Reader field has the name stored in the proper format, check the field's value within the document's properties; select File, Document Properties, click the Fields tab in the InfoBox which appears, and highlight the field in the list on the left.  The name should appear on the right in canonical format.  If there are multiple entries within the field then each should appear on their own line; if they do not show up on their own line, open the form in design mode and check that the field is set to accept multiple values.
