I have now received and am reviewing this issue and I have a few initial questions.
Was the affected client re-installed in the cloud or upgraded?
Was it a newly install client or had it been migrated from an On-premise environment
Had the client been running the cloud without issue, prior to this?
When you say that the client will not start, do you mean that the splash screen appear and then hangs, or the user login appears and the the client closes or is there some other scenario which happens?
Is there one client affected or more than one>
