Different Supporter based on Module
« am: 24.01.07 - 17:01:10 »
Is it possible to Set different "default supporter" for different module?
The problem is: BackUp ticket always goes to the same supporter and Network ticket always goes to some other supporter.
Hoping to be clear.
Thank you.

Well, everything is possible. It's only code ...

The answer for now is: "Not at the moment".

But I already have this task on my personal ToDo:

"Code function to send pre-classified / categorized tickets ( sent by mail ) to different supporter depending on classification"

We can build a simple solution for that if you want to use different Mail Adresses. Then we could initialize the supporter in the dispatcher using those adresses.

correct me if I'm wrong.

In my business there are 3 supporters.
All of them can enter in the HelpDesk database and see the new request, but if I enter in the request I can only accept for myself.
 ???

Is it possible to have a "super-supporter" that assign a request to another supporter?
If so I miss the way to do that.

sorry for bothering with these "stupid question", but I really like your work on this database and I'd love to use it at my best.
