Hallo Zusammen,

Ich wollte fragen wie man einstellen kann, dass ankommende Mails mit bestimmten Subject automatisch weitergeleitet werden an bestimmte Adressen. Wir haben hier Lotus Notes 6.5 installiert. Ich habe mich schon durch ein Paar Foren gewühlt wurde aber nicht ganz schlau draus.
Diesen Designer finde ich auch nicht bei mir. Und unter Regeln finde ich nur das, was im Anhang ist, also kein "senden an" oder sonstiges.
Muss ich dafür unbedingten administrativen Zugriff auf den Server haben?

Aber, wenn ich copy in folder auswähle, dann kann ich auch nur die Email in meine eigenen Ordner packen. Ich will aber, dass diese Emails an bestimmte Email Adressen weitergeleitet werden. Ich kann ja auch nicht den Ordner des bestimmten Empfängers da auswählen
Hmm aber ich sollte es mal versuchen mit copy in folder und dann die Email Adresse oder?

Ich habe nicht Copy to folder gesagt, sondern "Kopie senden an". In Englisch heisst das dann "Send copy to" oder so ähnlich

Du siehst nur einen Ausschnitt der möglichen Aktionen. Am Besten markierst Du eine (z.B. copy to folder) und drückst Dich dann mit der Cursortaste nach unten. Dann wirst Du sehen, dass noch weitere Aktionen erscheinen werden. U.a. send copy to

Ich befürchte, Natalia sieht da doch alle für sie möglichen Aktionen - sonst gäbe es da noch eine Scroll-Leiste.
Natalia: Welche 6.5er Version setzt Ihr denn konkret ein? Wirklich 6.5 (also 6.5.0)? Es kann sein, dass es in dieser Version "Send copy to" noch nicht gab. Dann sollte so und so ein Update stattfinden.

Problem

What does the "User Rules Mail Forwarding" field in the Server Configuration document do?



Solution
In Domino 6, the Administrator can prevent Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action.  This setting, a field called "User Rules Mail Forwarding", can be found in the Server Configuration document under the Router/SMTP tab -> Restrictions and Controls sub-tab -> Delivery Controls sub-tab.  The default setting is "Enabled", which allows the Router "Send copy to" action for Notes client mail rules.  This allows users to send copies of messages automatically to other recipients.

If set to "Disabled", the Router prevents Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action and the following will be written to the LOG.NSF:

"Router: Admin has disabled auto mail forwarding of message 0069TED3 by Jane Doe/IBMBETA@DOMAIN."

The intended recipient (the user running the mail rule) will get the message, but will not get any indication that the message was not sent to the other user.

User rules mail forwarding
Notes users can create mail file rules that automatically process new mail. User mail rules specify an action to take on newly-delivered messages that meet certain conditions. Use this field to specify whether the Router on this server supports the rule action to send copies of selected messages automatically to other recipients. Choose one:
Enabled - The Router supports the "Send copy to" action for Notes client mail rules, allowing users to send copies of messages automatically to other recipients.
Disabled  - Prevents Notes clients from using the "Send copy to" rule action.


Damit kann man dann bspw. Ping-Pong-Mails verhindern.

Ich dachte aber nicht, dass dann auch die Auswahlliste in der Regel manipuliert wird. Aber vielleicht hat man da auch programmtechnisch in die Mailschablone eingegriffen.

Also: In meiner Mail ist das alles hardcodiert (wie sollte es auch anders sein). Also wird das jemand in der Maske (RulesDlg) | Mailrule geändert haben.

Aber seit wann gibt es "Send copy to", Andreas? Die fehlende Möglichkeit des Sendens einer Kopie war lange beklagt, das ist mir erinnerlich, aber wann wurde es eingeführt?

Laut diesem KBASE Artikel gibt es das schon vor 6.5.1 and 6.0.4, denn dort wurde bzgl. "Send copy to" etwas gefixt.

Problem

A mail rule using the action "Send Copy To" does not work after you make a modification to it.  With encrypted documents the action does not work, even if the rule has not been modified.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Open the mail database and select the Rules view.
2.  Create a new rule, and ensure the rule is turned "On".
3.  Specify Conditions -> Select "sender", "contains" and enter a username.
4.  Specify Actions -> Select "send copy to" and enter another user's name.
5.  Select OK and save the rule.
6.  Send a memo from the user specified in step 3.  The rule works fine and a copy of the document is sent to the user specified in step 4.
7.  Open the rule, and add another Condition.  Select "subject", "contains" and enter any word such as "aaa".
8.  Select OK and save the rule.
9.  The user specified in step 3 sends a message with the subject "aaa", and the rule will not work.



Solution
The issue involving modified "Send copy to" actions failing was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# STER5MB4LG and has been addressed in the mail templates supplied with Notes/Domino 6.5.1 and 6.0.4.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.1 MR fix list (available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):

Rules
SPR# STER5MB4LG - Fixed the Mail template so that values could be stored to the Action token.

Note that, after replacing your mailfile design with a 6.5.1, 6.0.4 or later template, you must also disable the mail rule, delete it, and then recreate it.

The above fix did not resolve the issue in the case where an encrypted document is received.  This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# NYYG5NDBJV.  There is no workaround for this issue.

Problem

When a Lotus Domino Web Access ( iNotes Web Access) mail file contains a rule using the Send Copy To action, and the Rule has been processed, it hangs with a "Fetching Records..." message and the error below then appears:

"Microsoft Internet Explorer
iNotes Warning. Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser's menu."



Solution
The problem is caused when the DisplayCopyTo_Icon field is set to a value of "1".

The issue occurs with the iNotes5.ntf and iNotes60.ntf mail templates.  The issue was resolved in Domino 6.0.2 and higher using the iNotes6.ntf mail template.


Mail rules are a feature of Notes Client.  While some mail rules may function properly in iNotes Web Access, they are not designed for use in iNotes Web Access and are not a native feature.  Problems such as the one stated in this technote regarding the 'Send Copy To' mail rule may occur.

Workaround:
The 'Send Copy To' mail rule populates the DisplayCopyTo_Icon field with a value of "1".  To fix the documents that have been affected by the mail rule, run an agent to either remove the field from the document, or change the value to "".

To identify the documents to be fixed (that is, the documents that the rule acted on), one option is to isolate them by creating a view which uses a selection formula to populate it only with documents that contain the field above (for example, @IsAvailable(DisplayCopyTo_Icon)).

Problem

You want to forward memos to another address while leaving a copy of the memo in the your Lotus® Domino® mail file. How can this be accomplished?




Solution

This can be accomplished in a number of ways. 
Note: In order for these examples to execute as expected, the user's Person document should not contain a "Forwarding Address" entry.

1. Using a Simple Action:

Click the Add Action button, and select the action "Send Mail Message".
In the To field enter the address you want to forward to.
Enable the checkbox for the "Include a copy of the document in the message".
Next to the Subject line click the "More" button.
For the Subject entry select "Formula" and for the formula enter Subject (with no quotes), or optionally use the following (to reflect that it is a forwarded document):  "Fwd: " + Subject.

2. Using a Mail Rule:

In Notes 6.x it is possible to create a mail rule that forwards messages to another e-mail address while retaining the From: line of the original e-mail.  Simply create a new mail rule, specify a condition or all documents, and add an action 'Send Copy To' a specified e-mail address.  E-mails delivered to this mail database will then be forwarded with the From: information intact.



3. Using LotusScript code:

The code is placed within the Initialize event.
The Send call below needs to be modified so that the forwarding address is passed in the second parameter.

NOTE:  The below is a sample script, provided to illustrate one way to approach this issue.  In order for this example to perform as intended, the script must be laid out exactly as indicated below.  Lotus Software Technical Support will not be able to customize this script for a customer's own configuration.

Hoi, ich danke euch für die Zahlreichen antworten. Bin nicht mehr dazu gekommen hier reinzuschauen.
Wie es aussieht werde ich mich diesbezüglich an die Lotus Notes Administration wenden müssen und die werde das Feld "reaktivieren" müssen, wenn wir diese Funktion wieder benutzen wollen.
