In der aktuellen Version 6.5.4 gibt es ein Problem mit der PUBNAMES.NTF.

Title:
Duplicate Design Elements Appear in PUBNAMES.NTF After Replicating with Domino 6.5.4
Product: Lotus Domino > Lotus Domino Server > Version 6.5.4
Platform(s): Platform Independent
Date: 20.06.2005
Doc Number: 1204446
Problem
You upgrade a Domino server to version 6.5.4 and then replicate the PUBNAMES.NTF in order to keep the design consistent across all servers in the domain. During replication, however, you may notice that some design elements are actually added to the newer template.
For example, when you examine the PUBNAMES.NTF after replication completes, you find that there are now two Location notes instead of one. And, since each Location note has a different UNID, the replicator will subsequently create both Location notes in each replica of the template.
Solution
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# BDUE6BPLK5, and is currently under investigation.
It has been determined that the sequence numbers for some design elements are actually higher in earlier versions of the 6.5.x PUBNAMES.NTF than in the 6.5.4 version of the template. The modified dates of design elements in the 6.5.4 PUBNAMES.NTF are more recent; however, because the sequence numbers are higher in the older templates, this results in some design elements being added to the newer template during replication.
Workaround:
1. Download the fixed version of the 6.5.4 PUBNAMES.NTF. For related information, refer to the document titled "Updated PUBNAMES.NTF for Domino 6.5.4 Servers" (#4009843<< External Link Removed >>).
2. Make a backup of the current PUBNAMES.NTF.
3. On a Domino 6.5.4 server, replace the current PUBNAMES.NTF with the one provided in the download.
4. Replicate the newly replaced PUBNAMES.NTF with the other servers throughout your environment.
5. Replace the design of the Domino Directory (NAMES.NSF), or allow the Design task on the server to update the database according to schedule.
