folgendes habe ich dazu im (ehemals) Notes.Net gefunden:

aber auch das war zu finden:
"I had this issue late last year. It didn't really show itself until we got our servers to 5.0.2b. They enhanced the compact/fixup routines to find corruption at deeper levels. Our database made it all the way to the Core Developer Team. They couldn't fix the database. The E-Hash table is new to R5, and it was reporting errors because the UNID table was corrupt beyond repair. You need to start going back through your backups to find a good copy of the database. Restore it and try to find out where the error is coming from. Unfortunately for us, our corruption was nearly a year old, and we didn't have a good copy. "
