The reason this error occurs is that when the safe copy of the ID file is recertified, the certified public key in the user's Person document in the Name & Address Book (NAB) is updated and no longer matches the certified public key in the user ID that the user is using (before it is merged with the updated safe copy). When the user logs into Notes and accesses the mail file to receive the new safe copy ID, they are prompted for the password and then the error message occurs. After the merge of the safe copy into the user's ID, the certified public key is updated in the ID file to match the address book.
Click OK to clear the error message and merge the safe ID with current user ID. This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.
