Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe ein seltsames Phänomen beim Smart Upgrade von Notes Basic Client 8.x auf Notes Basic Client 8.5.2. Das Upgrade läuft sauber durch, allerdings fehlt bei den meisten Benutzern die Rückmeldung zum Verlauf, d.h. es wird nur sporadisch ein Eintrag in die Smart Upgrade Tracking-Datenbank erstellt. Auch die Benachrichtigung der Admins per Email funktioniert nicht.
Die benötigten Policies, die dazugehörige Desktop-Einstellungen, die Mail-In-Datenbank "SmartUpgrade", die Tracking-Datenbank und die Datenbanken mit den Kits haben wir schon beim letzten Upgrade verwendet. Damals haben die Rückmeldungen damit so funktioniert, wie es sollte.
Ich habe einfach nur den Notes-Client in den Kits gegen den 8.5.2er ausgewechselt, und an den relevanten Stellen das zu wechselnde Template (mail85.ntf) bzw. die geänderte Notes-Version angegeben. Des weiteren habe ich die vorhandenen Policies in dynamische Policies umgewandelt und jeweils den Benutzergruppen zugewiesen.
Kann mir eventl. jemand einen Tipp geben, woran es liegen könnte, dass die Rückmeldungen nur vereinzelt funktionieren? Anbei ist noch das Smart Upgrade-Protokoll eines Benutzers, bei dem die Rückmeldung nicht funktioniert hat...
