Notes R5 zu R6 Upgrade, Regeln werden nicht angezeigt aber arbeiten

Hallo,

bei mir in der Firma machen wir gerade ein Notes Upgrade von R5.0 auf R6.5. 2 User hatten bei R5 Regeln erstellt um Mails in Ordner zu verschieben, nach dem Update funktionieren die Regeln immer noch aber erscheinen nicht unter Regeln/Rules.

Diese Regeln kann man jetzt natürlich weder bearbeiten noch löschen.

Habt ihr eine Idee?

fertig. Ich war der Meinung das die Regeln rausfliegen bei einem update. Leider arbeiten sie im Hintergrund und ich habe keine Möglichkeit diese zu löschen.

Ich versuche es nun mit einem downgrade auf 5.0 und hoffe ...

Wenn man auf eine höhere Version migriert, müssen die Mail-Datenbanken mit dem convert Task aktualisiert werden. Alles andere erzeugt Probleme ohne Ende.
Ich rate Dir daher, dass nun durchzuführen.

Der Convert Task aktualisiert - mit den entsprechenden Parametern - auch die Gestaltung auch der privaten Ordner - und das macht kein Design-Update!

Problem

The Domino 6.5.x "load convert -u" command is supposed to convert all custom folders to the Inbox design.  The new Junk Mail folder is not a "custom" folder, but rather a predefined special folder like "Inbox" & Trash", and therefore should not be converted by the load convert -u command.  However, upon running load convert -u, the Junk Mail folder is indeed converted to the Inbox Design.



Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# SWYO633TNK and has been addressed in Domino 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

SPR# SWYO633TNK - Prior to this fix, running 'convert -u' converted the junk mail folder to an R6 Inbox Design. A workaround would be to run 'convert' (without -u) a second time and the Junk Mail folder will be reverted to it's pre-defined design.

Problem

Views in your mail database in IBM Lotus Notes do not display correctly after the design is updated with the "lo convert -u" (load) command. This situation occurs with the German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, and French templates, as well with Calendars in those languages, but not in English language mail templates. It also occurs in both the iNotes6.NTF and standard mail templates.

After the convert finishes, everything initially looks fine until you go to the Rules folder which is supposed to contain conditions and actions. Now, everything is just marked with signs.



Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# LOMI655EK6. You can work around this issue by using the English language mail template, or by running "lo convert", without the "-u".
