Standardmäßig hat eine neue Mail in iNotes die Schriftart "Sans Serif".
Kann man das umstellen?
Wenn es nicht durch den Anwender konfigurierbar ist, kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit die Schablone anzupassen?

Es gibt mit Sicherheit eine Möglichkeit. Warum funktioniert Sans Serif für dich nicht?

Im Übrigen ist iNotes nicht mehr state of the art. Verse ist das neue iNotes. Das solltet ih4 bei Gedys aber wissen 😬

Es geht nicht um mich, es ist eine Kundenanfrage.
Ja, uns ist es bekannt, das iNotes nicht weiterentwickelt wird und nich "state of the art" ist, der Kunde möchte trotzdem iNotes verwenden und die Schriftart auf Arial ändern.

Hallo Lars, spontan fallen mir Policies und Forms9_x.nsf (inotes-Anpassung) ein.
Bei den Policies habe ich beim schnellen Überfliegen der Mail/inotes-Settings nichts gefunden.
Bei der Anpassungsmaske findet sich etwas in die Richtung. "Custom_JS_Edit -- to add more fonts to the rich text editor"

Vielleicht hilft als Fundstelle weiter.

Ich hatte neulich auch so ein Kundenanfrage. Also hatte ich einen Case bei HCL aufgemacht,
hier die Antwort:
