Abstract
This is a collection of various tools that Lotus Technical Support provides in the form of technotes. These technotes usually require an Administrator to create agents to troubleshoot or workaround various issues. This goal of this tool is to eliminate those steps in favor of guided options to perform the required tasks.

Domino Configuration Tuner (DCT)
A single IBM Lotus Domino server includes thousands of configuration options. The Domino Configuration Tuner (DCT) provides best practice analysis as well as worst practice disclosure. DCT helps reduce total cost of ownership by assisting in the identification of existing configuration problems.
DCT evaluates server settings according to a growing catalog of best practices. All servers in a single domain can be evaluated together. DCT generates reports that explain the issues that are uncovered, suggest mitigations, and provides references to supporting publications. DCT also provides Domino support staff with a base-line assessment when initiating customer engagements.

Hi,
habe gerade festgestellt, das es den DCT auf der Homepage nur aus dem Jahr 2010 gibt. Der Interne Updatemechanismus kommt aber z.B. bei uns nicht übern Proxy. Aktuell ist die Version 02/2011. Ich denke es geht in Ordnung wenn ich diesen hier für die Proxygeplagten hochlade.

Wen soll ich da Ansprechen? Die IBM das die eine Proxyauthentifizierung einbauen? Ja ne is klar ...
