Titel: Not showing "related documents" inside Ticket
Beitrag von: alecrespi am 20.02.07 - 17:07:39
Sometimes related documents to respective Ticket are not correctly shown inside Ticket.
Even if they are correctly "counted" in the relative row... (see pic)

How can this be possible?

That is an F9 error. It seems that programmed tables sometimes have issues view the refreshing of embedded tables. I and others have the same thing happening but we could not lay our hand on this issue. Each time i try to rebuild something like this the failure does not occur.

I saw your "preview" of the future release and I liked so muche the view of "related documents".
Do you think I will be able to refresh only that section? (updating with the future version eof "related documents")

I'm asking you this because I did a lot of modifications to the database and I would like to keep them

Not without a profund knowledge of the database and how it is programmed.

Well the best way would be to write down what you have modified, do a release change and redo everything you modified if it is in the design elements we deliver. Because overwise you would perhaps loose most of the new functions.

What we do not overwrite is your configuration (if you do not want us to). Navigation documents, Mail Templates, Changes in existing keys of language documents, your keywords all those are things we do not change.
