Is it possible to create a "user view" with only the module I like to see for the end-user?
I would like to create a view with only these menu voices:
- new ticket
- open ticket
- closed ticket
and make it a "default" and only possible view for END-USER.

is it possible, or am I dreaming?

Well in fact this is possible.

You can use the internal "Roles" feature. Combined with the STARTFRAME#...... and the MyDocuments to guide anybody who is not a supporter for that system to exakt one view that is filtered with his or her username.

But Explaining how to do this in this forum is not really easy because you have to have a real deep understanding of how he application works internally.

is there something similar I could do to hide the "new ticket" button and the "mail -> ticket" button?
something that refers to the internal roles?

Yes and no.
If you are in a ticket the ACL Role Supporter is used to hide the Create .... actions. But not in the views.
If you have got users that should not do anything, simply give them Reader Access to that database with no right to create documents. Test this before, because it could render the internal navigation useless as this relies on forms and not on pages.
