In late breaking news that is creating shock and awe in the Lotus Notes world, we have unconfirmed reports that IBM is in final negotiations to sell its Lotus Notes product to Microsoft. At press time, it is unclear which products and personnel are to be transferred to Redmond. Lotus General Manager Ambuj Goyal could not be reached for comment, but sources say he is not yet aware of this significant change in Lotus. :o
