Gut die Lösung für dieses Problem kenne ich ja nun...
aber ich habe Bedenken das der Fehler aufgrund evtl. Festplattenauflösungserscheinungen auftritt.
Kann dieses sein?
Bei mir mehren sich die Fehler.. :o

Aus der Knowledge Base :

"Database is Corrupt; Cannot Allocate Space" or "..Cannot Be Opened" Opening or Closing Notes Db

Problem:

In the Notes R5 client, you may see the following message when attempting to add a database to your workspace:

     "Database is corrupt -- Cannot allocate space"

You are able to successfully open databases that are already on your workspace.

This error message has also been seen on Notes R4 Client when attempting to open or close a database.  This error may occur on one database or on several databases.

Note:  The error which occurs in Notes 4.6.4 is slightly different:   "Database cannot be opened because of an invalid on disk structure"

Solution:

The most likely cause of this error is due to a problem with the Notes client's Desktop.dsk file.   Running Compact or Nfixup on the Desktop.dsk may alleviate the problem.

In one particular situation, creating a new copy of the damaged database (either at the operating system level or via File, Database, New Copy in Notes) solved the issue.

Vielleicht kannst Du noch ein paar mehr Infos bzgl. Deines Problems posten (Server Release, ODS Version der betroffenen DBs etc.), dann kann man eher was zu sagen.

Wie das Problem zu lösen ist weiß ich...
Aber:
Könnte dieses darauf hinweisen das eventuell die Festplatten nicht mehr ganz i.O. sind? Bei mir mehren sich die Fälle...

Servus tttonic,

verzeih mir, hatte ich irgendwie überlesen....

Eigentlich hat das noch nichts mit einem Plattenproblem zu tun (was ich aber nicht ausschliessen will !!), trotzallem nochmals die Bitte ein paar weitere Info´s bzgl eures Environments zu posten.

Domino 5.0.10 im Cluster auf HP6000, W2000 mit aktuellen SP.
Data auf eigene Partition (noch 9 GB frei)
Maildatenbanken ca. 150 GB
ApplikationsDB ca 300 GB
