Problem tritt auch bei Fujitsu-Hardware auf

Error description
There is an issue with Lenovo Thinkpads  T-series (T460s,
T560s,)with patch KB3194798 installed.
If not logged into Sametime,  there is no Notes crash.
When you log into Sametime,  Notes crashes

Local fix
This seemed to be an issue with the camera driver and once this
was replaced with the older version,  The Notes client didn't
crash.

Über den Link komm ich leider nur auf die Seite vom Passport mit der Überschrift "Get access To entitled resources"
Ich find die IBM Seite ja echt toll. Man findet dort alles ...

Mehr steht da auch nicht.

Workarounds: (entweder/oder)
- Webcam im Geräte-Manager deaktivieren
- (von IBM)
go to plugin location C:\Program                                         
Files(x86)\IBM\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\plugins, delete               
com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.telephony.softphone_9.0.1.20160607-0606     
and                                                                         
com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.telephony.mfw.windows_9.0.1.20160908-0939   
(or with another version number, ensure to backup the 2 folders before     
delete them)

Haben wir auch. Nur seit sie das alles einmal umgestellt haben findet man auf der Seite kaum noch was.
Das betrifft auch die Downloads   :(

Aber es macht den Anschein als könnten wir das Problem aussitzen  :-[
