Hallo,
seit dem Update des Sametime-Servers können sich keine Notes 8.5 Basic Clients am Server anmelden. In der sametime.ini gibt es die Parameter:
ST_MINIMAL_CLIENT_VERSION=25
VP_SECURITY_LEVEL=25
ST_FORCE_LOGOUT_OLD_CLIENT_VERSION=25
aber alles ohne Erfolg.

steht es eigentlich auch schwarz auf weiß:
Clients must be running release 7.5.1 or later to upgrade to this release.
If your users are running clients older than release 7.5.1, their workstations must be upgraded to release 7.5.1 or later before you can upgrade them to this release.
Gibt es überhaupt eine Chance, dass sich die Basic Clients am Samtime Server 8.5.2 anmelden können?

Genau lesen! Da steht "Clients must be running release 7.5.1 or later to upgrade to this release."
Du willst aber nicht upgraden, sondern zugreifen.

Ich frage mich naemlich, wo "ST_MINIMAL_CLIENT_VERSION=25" her kommt.
Wenn Du 7.5.1er oder neuer Clients erlauben willst, sollte dort "7510" stehen, nicht "25".

Der 8.5-er Basic Client wird intern wie ein 6.5 -er Client eingestufft.
Ich habe es mit VP_SECURITY_LEVEL=6510 mit Erfolg getestet.
Ende gut alles gut!!!
Der Sametime-Server läuft unter CentOS 6.2 und ich habe die sametime.ini hier in dem Verzeichnis geändert. /opt/ibm/lotus/notes/85030/linux/osgi/rcp/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.rcp.base_6.2.3.20110915-1350/linux/x86/sametime.ini.
Die sametime.ini steht unter /local/notesdata!!! Manche Probleme macht man sich eben selbst.
