Hallo zusammen,
ein Benutzer beklagt, dass er auf seinem iPhone in einzelnen eigenen Ordnern keine einzige Mail angezeigt bekommt.
Eingestellt hat er Anzeige 1000 Mails, unbegrenztes Alter.
Es befinden sich aber auch Mails in diesem Ordner, die gerade mal 1 Tage alt sind.
Unabhängig davon, ob er einstellt, dass der Ordner auch synchronisiert werden soll.
Im Notes Client und über Webaccess ist der Ordner problemlos aufrufbar.
Hat jemand Anhaltspunkte, nach denen ich schauen könnte?

Hallo, das PRoblem habe ich auf einem aktuellen iPad auch.
mit Notes 8.5.3 FP2 Domino8.5.3
Hatte sich da keine Lösung gefunden.
Die Mails kommen laut User nur sporadisch mal in den Ordnern an.

How do I view different email sub-folders on my iPhone?
1.Tap Settings on the home page of your iPhone
2.Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars (you may need to scroll down to see this option).
3.Select your Sydney Exchange account. This will open the iPhone settings for your University email account.
4.Select Mail Folders to Push. You Inbox will have a tick next to it, indicating that the contents of this folder are being pushed to your iPhone.
5.Select the sub-folders you want to view from your iPhone. A tick appears on the right of the sub-folder to indicate it is being pushed to your iPhone.
