Hier noch ein paar Infos
1. The iPad browser's user-agent string is different from iPhone and is not automatically recognized during the Traveler set-up process. To the end user, the result of this is that instead of having the Traveler web page tell them that they are connecting with an iPad, they have to click on a button on the Traveler page which tells them to configure their device as an Apple iPhone. Once the button is clicked the Traveler provisioning on the iPad device commences and completes correctly.
2. Not limited to Traveler 8.5.1, there is an incompatibility with some versions of an App Store application called WebProjector. If WebProjector (some, not all versions) is installed on the iPad before Traveler is configured, the configuration file is not given to the OS, so no Traveler setup commences.
Remediation is to remove the WebProjector app before attempting to configure Traveler. Since the WebProjector app is not pre-loaded on the iPad, not all users will encounter this problem. The WebProjector app authors are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.

Hallo Eknori,
