NotesMedic™ 5 is here!
NotesMedic™ has evolved into a client maintenance tool, to help with everyday problems, increase performance, and to provide help desk relief. Check out this release and look for more releases in the future!
Feature List
Single click Desktop Optimizer (see new features below) to increase client performance
Bookmark Manger application allows for accessing Lotus Notes applications from the system tray or the NotesMedic™ launch window
Password bi-pass option allows for storing your Lotus Notes password(encrypted) in NotesMedic™, and allowing you to access Lotus Notes without having to login Restart Lotus Notes faster than any other product on the market
Option to skip the confirmation, allowing you to clean and restart with a single click of a button
Support for Windows Vista, and Lotus Notes R5 and later
Ability to launch Lotus Notes version 8 classic client (-sa)
Shuts down Lotus Notes debuggers (NSD and QNC)to allow faster Lotus Notes restart
Support for Installshield Transform (MST), and silent installations
Auto update process-obtain the latest releases faster than ever
Restart server using command line. With this feature you can shut down the Domino server, then restart it using a single command (ie, notemedic.exe –r). This will also kill the Domino debugging monitor (NSD)
Desktop Optimizer (NEW!)
This new application allows for running a series of processes on the client with the single click of a button. This is a great feature for any help desk, as any user can be instructed to run this process prior to calling the help desk.

Can be used to update the On Disc Structure (ODS) to later versions

Helpful for resolving common problems with missing\outdated design elements in databases

Used to increase performance
Recreate Personal Web Cache
Used to increase performance
Helpful for resolving common problems with missing\outdated design elements with web sites accessed using Lotus Notes web navigator
Can resolve issues with image problems with html emails
