Die Idee in Kommentar 1 halte ich für sehr sinnvoll!

... du wirst es nicht glauben, aber in meiner aktuellen Jobber-DB ist das so im Test schon drin. Ich logge Fehler im Zusammenhang wo sie auftreten - was zu Kategorisierungen führt. Gelöste Dokumente werden dann zur Auswahl herangezogen.

Beim Lesen des neuen Features habe ich darüber nachgedacht es generell als Fehlerhandling über eine Log-DB / Help-DB aufzunehmen...

... ich hab's in der reduzierten Version noch nicht drin - mal schaun, ob ich es noch reinbaue...
