In some views I can see a colum with this code inside...

I would like to know how can I do to insert a control about another field (the presence of mail comunications linked to that ticket)
How can I do that?
Which field should I check?

That is not an easy one, because we are not svaing any informations in the underlying documents if there is mail communication related to that document.
So doing this would result in some really serious programming.
