Hi

I would like the assigned supporter to receive an email when a ticket is assigned to him/her.

Maybe I am just missing a configurationdocument, but I can't find any that seems to do the trick.
If anyone is able to point me in the correct direction, I would be very grateful.

A new doc or one that is already saved or created by the dispatcher?
With a manually created new doc, that is not saved when you assign a supporter, there is an issue with that. Messages to supporters will only be sent after the document was saved at last once. This one will be fixed with the next version.

Both really.
I create a new ticket, and save.
I click on "assign ticket", and mail to user is created and sent as I said in the configuration, but no mail to the assigned supporter.

Is this supporter entered as Default Supporter in the configuration?
If so check if DefaultSupporterDoNotSendMails is set to YES. In the standard it is. Change this to NO and the system will send mails to the entered default supporter also.

Seems like I get an error. This shows up in OpenLog when I try to assign a new ticket.
Defaultsupporter is set, and DefaultsupporterDoNotSendMails is set to NO
