Wir haben uns ein neues Rats-Informationssystem zugelegt. Diese arbeitet über eine Standard-MAPI-Schnittstelle mit unserem E-Mail-Programm, Lotus Domino 6.5.2. Aus der Ratsanwendung wird das E-Mailprogramm gestartet.
Beim Übergeben von Adressen in das Empfängerfeld stellen wir eine Zeichenbegrenzung fest, das heißt, Lotus Notes kann nur eine bestimmte Anzahl Empfänger aus der übergebenen DB übernehmen, sonst wird Notes gar nicht geöffnet.
Was kann ich in Notes tun ????

1) MAPI ist kein Standard, MAPI ist ein Zustand. Ich verstehe nicht, wie ein verantwortungsvoller ITler diese "API" verwenden kann. Wikipedia fasst das schön zusammen:

3) Richtige Schablone auf dem Mailfile?
The Domino MAPI service providers may only be used to access mail files that use the Lotus Domino Designer 6 mail extended template (MAIL6EX.NTF).
4) Notes-Limits (http://www.thenorth.com/northern.nsf/ac567d6535ab069785256a00004d66dc/4100857248b8b82185256d350058f7e4!OpenDocument) beim Empfängernamen (2 MB) berücksichtigt?
