Seit etlichen Wochen kann ich über Notes keine Mails mehr versenden. Der Fehler (graues Fenster mit Hinweis: NSD is running. Saving to file: C:\lotus\notes\data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT\nsd_all_W32I_G09322_11_09@8_40.log ...   etc.). tritt immer dann auf, wenn ich nach Eingabe der Empfänger-Adresse und der Betreff-Zeile in den Text-Körper der Mail wechsel.
Unser IT-Support ist ratlos, was die Fehlerbehebung angeht, denn wir haben so ziemlich alles durch (neu Aufsetzen des Systems, überprüfung der Registry-Einträge etc..

Hi,

Die Berechtigung wurden schon überprüft ? Man könnte dir lokale Admin-Rechte auf dem Windows Account geben, und schauen obs dann funktioniert...

Ansonsten habe ich dies hier  (http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21139381)noch gefunden:
SPR# JFEN5AEGHT - Added the Notes.ini variable "DisablePrinterFonts=1" to prevent a Notes Client crash when the body field is in focus.

Unabhängig von den Bemühungen hier im Forum sollte Euer IT Support das an IBM melden. Es kann ja nicht sein, dass Du wochenlang keine Mails erstellen kannst.
Eure Firmai ist ja nicht gerade klein, daher nehme ich an, dass es einen Supportvertrag gibt und IBM an einer schnellen Lösung interessiert ist.

So wie es aussieht scheint es sich um ein Rechteproblem zu handeln, wie es boemitsu gesagt hat.

Kannst Du bitte noch posten, welche
- Notes-Version Dein Client
- Betriebssystem Dein Client

um dein Problem mal einzugrenzen:

habt ihr mal versucht, deine DB auf einem anderen Client zu öffnen und von dort eine Mail zu versenden?
