Hallo miteinander!
Ich habe hier einen Agenten, der täglich einige Daten einsammelt und ggf. eine Mail verschickt, also periodisch auf einem Server läuft.
Am 08.06.2006 wurde die letzte Mail ohne Probleme verschickt, seit gestern bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
Notes error: You do not have a mail file/server specified. Use File Mobile Edit Current Location... to set them.
Kann jemand etwas damit anfangen? Laut unserer Admins wurde nichts geändert, so dass ich mich auch frage, warum plötzlich ein Problem auftritt.
Danke schonmal an alle, die mir (hoffentlich) helfen können.

Meistens noch schlimmer als User. :D ;D
Mein Tipp: Die Schablone wurde neu über die DB gelegt oder die DB/der Agent mit einem "falschen" ID signiert.

Ich habe auch langsam das Gefühl... ;)
Nachdem ich den Admin um einen Neustrart des Servers gebeten habe, scheint es jetzt zu klappen. Das erklärt zwar nicht, woher der Fehler kam ( ??? ), aber es nimmt dem Problem schonmal die Dringlichkeit.

I had exactly the same problem: suddenly all agents sending mail from a 6.5.3 server didn't send anymore and I got the following error (in log):
"Agent 'RMA Request' error: Notes error: You do not have a mail file/server specified. Use File Mobile Edit Current Location... to set them"
On IBM fora I found that if a server is up long enough, it will remove the MAILSERVER setting from the notes.ini file! You can check this with the command
show configuration MAILSERVER
if you experience the problem, you will get an answer that this setting does not exist. Restarting the server and executing the command again will give you the expected result.
IBM advices to upgrade to 6.5.5 or 7.0 because the issue should be solved there.

BTLW69P4RG SPR# BTLW69P4RG - This fix prevents the MailServer Notes.ini parameter from being set to NULL after the server has been up for a period of time.
