Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte für die Benutzer eine kleine Info-Fenster schaffen, wo das wichtigest auf einen Blick (per Link im Menü "Werkzeuge") erzeugt wird.
Beispiel : eine Balkenanzeige, wieviel platz gerade genutzt wird und wie hoch das limit ist etc....
Gibts vielleicht irgendwelche ansätze hier im Forum ?

Das hab ich in meiner Sammlung gefunden, habs aber nicht getestet :
Users exceeding their mail quota is something that occurs all the time. Going through the database properties box can be difficult and doesn't tell a user what their quota actually is. I created an action button that calls an agent in our corporate mail template on the $Inbox folder call Database Info. Users can click it and their database information is displayed to them including a warning window if they are over their quota. See code below.

Hab das schon soweit bei mir angepasst.
Kennst du dich programmiertechnisch auch mit einer grafischen Anzeige aus ? Ich fass es mal kurz zusammen, wie ich das mir vorstelle :
Es soll eine balkenanzeige geben, wo man eine unterteilung hat, wo anziegt wieviel Speicherplatz der User bzw. Maildatenbank auf dem Server belegt in abhängigkeit vom Limit.
Sprich Limit/Mailquota ist 100%. Grüner Bereich ist alle ok. Gelber Bereich ist die Warnung. Roter Bereich ist dann ab 90% der Mailquota.
Die Unterteilung ist dann so in kästchenform.
Vielleicht weist du ja wie man sowas macht...

Muß ich passen. Als Idee höchsten ein berechnetes Feld nehmen und dann entsprechend mit "|" füllen. Oder in einer Form oder Page entsprechend farbige Symbole benutzen und diese per Hide/When ein- oder ausblenden.
