Hallo,

kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
Wenn bei uns ein bestimmter Benutzer eine Mail weiterleitet, ist der Anhang nur noch ein Bild. Leitet ein anderer User geneu die gleiche Mail (gleiche DB) weiter geht alles ohne Probleme.

Was passiert, wenn der Nutzer an einem anderen PC angemeldet ist und die gleiche Tätigkeit ausführt ?

Bei uns hat auch das Löschen/Neu einrichten der Mailkachel des User temporär geholfen.

Hi!
Notes schließen
lösch mal alles unter C:\temp was mit Note.... anfängt.
Notes neu starten.
funktioniert es?

Also bei mir hat es geholfen!

problem when an attachment's images were forwarded, instead of the complete attachments, with the mail message.

....
To work around the issue in previous releases [vor 6.5.4, in der das Problem behoben sein soll], close the Notes client, and wait 20 to 50 seconds before restarting it.  This wait clears a temporary file named ~editclp.ncf, thus allowing you to forward attachments without problem.

If the attachments issue continues, close any launched attachments that are still open in their associated applications.  If that does not correct the problem, close the Notes client, search your system for the file ~editclp.ncf, and then delete the file. 

The file ~editclp.ncf is a temporary file that Notes uses when working with attachments.  In certain cases, this file is not deleted as it should be and therefore gets locked.  Because the file is locked, Notes cannot use it again to complete the attachment process.
