Guten Morgen zusammen,

Hier wieder ein kleines, aber feines Problem ;):

Seit ca. 1 Woche können wir keine Mails mehr an Hotmail E-Mailadressen versenden, im Log tauchen immer wieder folgende Einträge auf:

Router: No messages transferred to HOTMAIL.CH (host.mx1.hotmail.com) via SMTP: SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error

Anscheinend bin ich nicht der Einzige mit diesem Problem, ich fand mit Google einige Leute, die dasselbe Problem haben.

Ich denke, das wird an einer Einstellung auf unserem Server liegen, den der Hotmail Server so nicht akzeptieren will, einen Eintrag auf einer Blacklist halte ich für ausgeschlossen.

Brauche euren Rat :D! Danke im Voraus.

Interessant wäre hier der GENAUE "permanent error", also die Fehlernummer.

Damit kann ich leider nicht dienen, es wird wirklich keine Nummer angezeigt :-\.

Dann probier mal vom Server aus manuell eine Mail an Hotmail zu senden:

1) Konsole auf dem Server aufmachen
2) Folgendes eingeben:
Code
C:\> telnet
Microsoft Telnet> SET LOCAL_ECHO
Microsoft Telnet> open mx1.hotmail.com 25
Verbindungsaufbau zu mx1.hotmail.com ...

EHELO Rechnername
MAIL FROM: Absendeadresse
RCPT TO: Empfänger
DATA
FROM: Absender
TO: Empfänger
SUBJECT: Betreff
Ihr Text

Wenn es Probleme mit Eurer Absendeadresse gibt, sollte spätestens nach dem MAIL FROM eine Fehlermeldung kommen und die brauchen wir, um Dir zu helfen.

Tja, häufig wenn keine Fehlernummer zurückkommt, ist das "for policy reasons ..." sprich eben doch eine Blacklist (hast Du da schon mal nachgeprüft??) oder kein RDNS oder sonst so etwas. Eine Anfrage bei Hotmail wäre da eigentlich nötig.

Auf einer Blacklist konnte ich unsere IP bisher noch nicht entdecken, aber keine Ahnung wie die das bei Hotmail regeln, werde wohl versuchen dort irgendwie irgendwen zu erreichen (dürfte schwer werden ;)).

EDIT: Btw. der Hotmail Technik-Support ist echt schnell :D, aber der will mir auch mit Telnet kommen ;).

Also ich hab meinen Hotmail Account gerade mal wieder aktiviert und siehe da - die Mails von meinem Domino 6.5 Server kommen an.

Entweder hat Dein Server einen Patschen oder der Empfänger existiert nicht/hat eine volle Mailbox, etc.

Spiel dich mal mit den notes.ini Settings, damit Du mehr Fehlerinfos bekommst:

Kann der Server zurzeit schlecht neu starten, wird wohl ein Wochenend-Job ;), ich poste die detailierten Logdaten, sobald ich sie habe.

Muss also an irgendeiner Einstellung liegen, die vielleicht nicht so ganz dem ISO-Standard entsprechen könnte.
